Nice tea set, good packaging

I got one of their Japanese tea sets, a Kyusu teapot with a couple of cups. It arrived pretty fast, took about a week to get to me here in Arizona. Everything was packed super well, no breaks or anything.

Always great quality and service

I ordered a new Nambu Tekki kettle, the small sized one, and it's just as nice as the last one I got from them a few years back. Shipping was pretty quick this time, only five days to reach Denver. Their stuff is always authentic, you can tell just by looking at it. I keep coming back because I know I'll get quality items without any hassle.

Love my new knife!

Just got the Santoku knife and wow, it's so sharp! Made chopping veggies a breeze this morning. The handle feels really good in my hand, too. I was a bit worried about ordering a knife online, but this one is definitely top-notch. I'm already thinking about what else to get from them, maybe some of the ceramics next. Totally gonna tell my friends about this store!

hey, was thinking of grabbing one of those Santoku knives. are they actually authentic, like made in Japan, or just 'Japanese style' from somewhere else?

S Sarah 4 months ago
Yeah, totally authentic. They make a big deal about working directly with artisans in Japan, everything's supposed to be legit handmade stuff.

Can confirm, I got a tea set a while back and it even came with a little note about the kiln. Real deal.

Anyone know if you can stack coupon codes on this site? Got a newsletter sign-up thing and a 'first order' discount, hoping to use both.

M Mark Q. 4 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can't. I tried mixing a seasonal one with a free shipping code once and it only let me use one. Pick the better discount!

yeah, most places usually only let you use one at a time. think that's how it works here too based on my experience last xmas.
